Here we are at the Deering Estate for this Quince Session. I have shot at this location many times before, and wanted to try and find a new composition to use for my shot. This was very un-expected but worked very well. Here I have her standing in a door way, kicking up a heel to show the splash of red. I am playing off the tones in the flowers to pull it all together. Her hair is being lit by a large strip bank camera right (in the doorway), and then another one on the other side for the main light. So, basically I have made a "sandwich" with the lighting and her.
