It's not everyday that I get to make beautiful Vizcaya Wedding Photos. In this case, it was in the middle of the day and I was using some special lighting gear, that allows me to shoot at a faster shutter speed (hi-sync) then normal. In fact, what makes this Vizcaya Wedding Photo truly incredible, is the fact that this was shot 1/8000 @ f/2.0 with my stunning 85mm lens. At a glance this may not mean anything to you, but when you take a closer look at this image... it is absolutely breathtaking. It is tack sharp, and has an incredible depth of field, that puts a ton of focus on them vs. the background. Speaking of the background, you will notice that I have used the poles to help frame them perfectly in the shot.
The other thing that I want to point out, is the lighting itself. Notice the highlights on her back side? This was very important to create texture, and dimension to not only them... but to her wedding dress as well. This second lighting source is where the "magic" is truly happening, and give me a "pop" and contrast that is very much what I call my brand. The pose, the light, and the composition are all the reasons I have featured this image in my gallery. I hope you enjoyed it.
