Whats not to love about this Coral Gables Hyatt Regency Wedding? This is one sexy bride, and I have carefully planned out a wedding day timeline to support some creative detail shots like this one. I wanted to get a nice, solid sexy shot of her with her veil. I used a simple speedlite off the camera to help illuminate the fine texture of the veil. I have also posed her in a way that flatters her figure, and defines her waist line. Placement of hands, and hips play a big role in the end results that you see here. The little space between her arms and body is key. I also used the veil to further soften the shot a bit more (not that she needed it) but, it just was another excuse to get that veil to stand out. The final detail here, was my direction to her. I told her to drop her chin down, lean forward and look right at me. This really put a huge focus on her eyes, and makes them "pop". It also allowed the light to enter her eyes, and gives an overall look of "sexy" which... is exactly what I had in mind, and I knew she would love it too.
