[dropcap]I [\/dropcap]don\u2019t think its hard to figure out why some business are more successful then others. \u00a0It all pretty much comes down to PEOPLE<\/em>. \u00a0A hotel is just a building, \u00a0a restaurant is just a place to get food, and a car dealership is where you buy cars. \u00a0Anyone can stay, eat, and buy their cars anywhere. \u00a0What makes them go to and return to a \u2014specific<\/em>\u2014 place??<\/p>\n [perfectpullquote align=”full” cite=”” link=”” color=”” class=”” size=””]It’s the people. [\/perfectpullquote]<\/p>\n It\u2019s the experience. \u00a0It\u2019s the little warm fuzzy\u2019s that you feel inside when you are having a great time somewhere. \u00a0This is ALL that matters in todays world which is overfilled with options and stimulation from every direction.<\/p>\n [perfectpullquote align=”left” cite=”” link=”” color=”” class=”” size=””]Brides\u2026 need to\u00a0understand that you must look past the static \u201cend result\u201d[\/perfectpullquote]
\n(the pretty place, the pretty pictures, the fancy food, etc..) and hire FIRST based on the PEOPLE. \u00a0Because a nice hotel with a cold, un-accomidating staff is worthless, a \u201cbig name\u201d vendor that is a diva is not welcome, and a makeup artist that is late, or can\u2019t stay on track is a huge liability.. and all of this will effect the very \u201cend result\u2019 you had in mind. \u00a0Ironic huh? \u00a0 I see this every weekend, and my blog and videos<\/a> are\u00a0my version of my “book” on this subject.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n
